Question: How do I improve my discipline?

Response:
Just like exercise gradually improves body tone and muscle, practicing control, restraint, and willpower improves a person's discipline. Discipline is control - the ability to control one's desires, the ability to say no, the ability to persevere.
To improve discipline, practice controlling negative urges and desires, practice giving up or sacrificing something you like for a short period, and practice sticking to a schedule or plan such as an exercise routine or diet plan. This could be done all alone or with the help of others.
